Corporate Policy

 

It is our aim to satisfy our customers with our products and services.

For this purpose we structured our corporate policy into the following guide lines:

 

  1. As for the responsibility towards our fellow men, nature and environment we strive, beyond legal restraint, to use resources and energy as economically as possible, to minimize emissions and waste and to avoid pollution of soil, water and air.
  2. We continuously work on the improvement of product and performance parameters of our company.

  3. High productivity, delivery reliability and fast response support the trust of our customers in us.

  4. We comply with legal and customer-specific requirements heeding environmental protection and health and safety at the workplace.

  5. Our ideas, our knowledge create new products and assure our future. Therewith we solve problems of our customers and fulfil their requirements and wishes.

  6. We constantly improve our management system and adapt it to new conditions.

  7. Target oriented cooperation and candour of information within our company and with our suppliers and customers are the pillars of our corporate culture.

  8. It is our duty and challenge to put the present status into question and develop improved solutions.

  9. Problems and identified mistakes require innovative solutions and improvement. Therefore it is our aim to configure processes more robust and more calculable and thus prevent mistakes.

  10. Qualification, information and motivation of all employees are essential for our company’s business success. Therefore it is a necessity for us to inform our employees and to provide training to raise their knowledge and skills.

  11. Our fractals, engineering, materials management, controlling and quality control keep close contact
    to customers and suppliers to constantly find out about customer expectations and to offer products and
    services to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and to ensure the company’s lasting business success.
